The Visual Toolkit ($99) is a digital product. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to downloadable materials.

7.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if:

• The product is significantly different from what was described
• There are technical issues preventing access (that we cannot resolve)
• You have not extensively downloaded or used the materials
