External Condoms:

  • 98% effective (perfect use)
  • Check expiration date
  • Pinch tip, roll down
  • Withdraw while still erect

Internal Condoms:

  • 95% effective
  • Insert up to 8 hours before
  • More control for receptive partner
  • Can use with external condom
⚠️ Warning: Lambskin condoms prevent pregnancy but NOT STIs/HIV!

Always: Communication, hygiene, aftercare, respect boundaries

Drugs & Alcohol:

  • Set limits before partying
  • Buddy system
  • Keep condoms accessible
  • PEP if mistake happens

Injection Drug Use:

  • Sterile, single-use needles
  • Never share works
  • Naloxone (Narcan) on hand
  • Syringe exchange programs
