Chapter 2: Communication 15 min
"Silence is risk. Conversation is protection."
The Three Fears:

Chapter 3: Condoms 20 min
The Frontline Tool:
- External condoms - 98% effective (perfect use)
- Internal condoms - 95% effective, more control
- Lambskin = NO - Prevents pregnancy, NOT STIs

Practice putting on external & internal condoms. Learn DOs and DON'Ts.

Chapter 4: Oral Barriers 10 min
Beyond the Condom:
- Dental dams - For oral on vulva/anus
- Gloves & finger cots - For manual play
- DIY dam - Cut a condom lengthwise
💡 Pro Tip: Add a drop of lube on the receiving side for extra pleasure!

Chapter 5: Lube & Toys 15 min
Three Types of Lube:
🌊 Water-Based
• Safe with all barriers
• Easy cleanup
• Reapply often
💧 Silicone-Based
• Long-lasting
• Great for anal
• NOT with silicone toys
⚠️ Oil-Based: NEVER with latex condoms!

Chapter 6: PrEP 20 min
Prevention in a Pill:
- Daily pill that >99% prevents HIV (sexual transmission)
- Builds a protective shield in your body
- Requires doctor consultation & regular testing
- Who should consider: Anyone at high risk for HIV
💊 Key: Consistency matters! Take at same time daily.

Chapter 7: PEP 15 min
The 72-Hour Window:
- Emergency medication after potential HIV exposure
- Must start within 72 hours (sooner = better)
- 28-day course of antiretroviral drugs
- When to use: Condom broke, assault, shared needle
"PEP is your emergency backup plan. PrEP is your daily shield."

Chapter 8: Doxy-PEP 10 min
A New Tool in Your Toolkit:
- Post-sex antibiotic (200mg doxycycline)
- Take within 72 hours after condomless sex
- >70% reduction for syphilis & chlamydia
- NOT effective for gonorrhea (recent studies)
⚠️ Important: Part of combination prevention, not standalone!

Chapter 9: ART & U=U 15 min
"Undetectable = Untransmittable"
What This Means:
- HIV+ people on ART can reach undetectable viral load
- Undetectable = ZERO risk of sexual transmission
- Treatment as Prevention (TasP) - revolutionary!
- Ends stigma and supports sexual health

Chapter 10: Kinks & Fetishes 20 min
Exploring With Boundaries:
- Kink - Interest outside mainstream
- Fetish - Specific focus for arousal
- FRIES consent - Freely given, Reversible, Informed, Enthusiastic, Specific

Small groups discuss: How would you make [activity] safER?

Chapter 11: Harm Reduction 20 min
"Meet people where they are. Good enough beats perfection."
Core Principles:
- Pragmatism over abstinence-only
- Self-compassion when mistakes happen
- Reduce immediate harm - not all-or-nothing
- Examples: Clean needles, PEP as backup, condoms when possible
